Hata bildirirken iPhone modelinizi, iOS sürümünüzü, uygulama sürümünüzü (Profil › Hakkında) ve sorunun hangi ekranda oluştuğunu yazarsanız size daha hızlı yardımcı olabiliriz. Lütfen e-postanızda şifre veya ödeme bilgisi paylaşmayın.

Hesap ve giriş

Hesap açmam gerekiyor mu?

Hayır. Skorlara ve maçlara hesap açmadan göz atabilirsiniz. Bildirimler, takipler, maç forumu ve taraftar oylaması için Apple ile Giriş, Google veya e-posta ile ücretsiz bir hesap gerekir.

Şifremi unuttum.

E-posta ile giriş ekranında “Şifremi unuttum” seçeneğini kullanın; sıfırlama bağlantısı e-postanıza gönderilir. Apple veya Google ile giriş yaptıysanız şifre gerekmez.

Apple ile Giriş’te e-postam gizli görünüyor.

“E-postamı Gizle” seçeneğini kullandıysanız Apple size özel bir yönlendirme adresi oluşturur. Bize bu adres üzerinden ulaşabilir veya destek e-postanızda bu adresi belirtebilirsiniz.

Bildirimler ve Canlı Etkinlikler

Bildirimler gelmiyor.

iPhone’da Ayarlar › Bildirimler › Yakın Direk bölümünde bildirimlere izin verildiğini kontrol edin.
Bir Odak modunun (ör. Rahatsız Etme) Yakın Direk bildirimlerini engellemediğinden emin olun.
Uygulamada Profil › Bildirimler bölümünde istediğiniz türlerin (gol, VAR, kartlar…) açık olduğunu ve takımı, ligi veya maçı takip ettiğinizi kontrol edin.
Hesabınızla giriş yaptığınızdan emin olun; bildirimler hesaba bağlıdır.

Bildirimler Apple’ın anlık bildirim servisi üzerinden iletilir ve nadiren gecikebilir.

Canlı Etkinlik görünmüyor.

Ayarlar › Yakın Direk › Canlı Etkinlikler bölümünün açık olduğunu kontrol edin. Canlı Etkinlikler Kilit Ekranı’nda, Dynamic Island bulunan modellerde ayrıca Dynamic Island’da görünür. Yakın Direk iOS 26 veya sonrasını gerektirir.

Skorları görmek istemiyorum.

Profil › Spoiler koruması ile skorları gizleyebilirsiniz; bir skora dokunana kadar görünmez.

Premium ve abonelik

Premium ne sağlar?

Premium yalnızca reklamları kaldırır. Aylık, yıllık (otomatik yenilenen) veya ömür boyu (tek seferlik) seçenekleri vardır.

Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?

iPhone’da Ayarlar uygulamasını açın.
En üstte adınıza dokunun, ardından Abonelikler’i seçin.
Yakın Direk’i seçip Aboneliği İptal Et’e dokunun.

İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Uygulamayı veya hesabınızı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

İade almak istiyorum.

Ödemeleri Apple aldığı için iadeler Apple tarafından değerlendirilir: reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden talepte bulunabilirsiniz.

Yeni telefonumda Premium görünmüyor.

Aynı Apple hesabıyla giriş yaptığınızdan emin olun ve uygulamada Profil › Satın alımları geri yükle’ye dokunun.

Forum ve içerik bildirme

Kurallara aykırı bir yorumu, yorumun menüsündeki Bildir seçeneğiyle bildirebilir, bir kullanıcıyı Engelle ile gizleyebilirsiniz. Bildirimleri genellikle 24 saat içinde inceleriz. Acil durumlarda [email protected] adresine yazın. Kurallar için Kullanım Koşulları’na bakın.

Veriler ve oranlar

Bir skor veya istatistik yanlış.

Maç verileri API-Football tarafından sağlanır ve bazen gecikmeli veya hatalı olabilir; genellikle kısa sürede düzelir. Uzun süre düzelmeyen bir hata görürseniz maçı ve sorunu bize yazın.

Oranlar bahis mi?

Hayır. Oranlar yalnızca bilgi amaçlıdır, 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir; uygulamada bahis alınmaz ve hiçbir bahis şirketinin adı, reklamı veya bağlantısı yoktur.

Hesap silme

Uygulamada sağ üstteki profil simgesine dokunun, en alttaki Hesabı sil’e dokunup onaylayın. Ayrıntılar ve uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız e-postayla silme talebi için: Hesap silme.

When reporting a bug, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version (Profile › About) and the screen where it happened, and we can help you faster. Please never send passwords or payment details by e-mail.

Account and sign-in

Do I need an account?

No. You can browse scores and matches without one. Alerts, follows, match forums and fan votes need a free account: Sign in with Apple, Google or e-mail.

I forgot my password.

Use “Forgot password” on the e-mail sign-in screen and a reset link will be sent to you. If you signed in with Apple or Google, there is no password.

My e-mail looks hidden with Sign in with Apple.

If you chose “Hide My Email”, Apple created a private relay address for you. You can contact us from that address or mention it in your support e-mail.

Alerts and Live Activities

I’m not getting alerts.

Check that notifications are allowed in Settings › Notifications › Yakın Direk on your iPhone.
Make sure no Focus mode (such as Do Not Disturb) is silencing Yakın Direk.
In the app, check Profile › Notifications for the alert types you want (goals, VAR, cards…) and make sure you follow the team, league or match.
Make sure you are signed in; alerts are tied to your account.

Alerts are delivered through Apple’s push notification service and can occasionally be delayed.

The Live Activity doesn’t appear.

Check that Settings › Yakın Direk › Live Activities is on. Live Activities appear on the Lock Screen and, on models that have one, in the Dynamic Island. Yakın Direk requires iOS 26 or later.

I don’t want to see scores.

Turn on Profile › Spoiler protection to hide scores until you tap them.

Premium and subscriptions

What does Premium do?

Premium only removes ads. It comes as monthly or yearly (auto-renewing) subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
Choose Yakın Direk and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

I’d like a refund.

Apple takes the payments, so refunds are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Premium doesn’t show on my new phone.

Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account, then tap Profile › Restore purchases in the app.

Forums and reporting

Use Report in a post’s menu to flag content that breaks the rules, or Block to hide a user. We usually review reports within 24 hours. For urgent matters, write to [email protected]. The rules are in the Terms of Use.

Data and odds

A score or statistic is wrong.

Match data is provided by API-Football and can occasionally be delayed or wrong; it usually corrects itself quickly. If an error persists, tell us the match and the problem.

Are the odds a betting feature?

No. Odds are for information only and intended for users aged 18 or over. The app takes no bets and names, advertises or links to no bookmaker.

Deleting your account

In the app, tap the profile icon at the top right, then Delete account at the bottom, and confirm. For details, or to ask by e-mail if you can’t access the app: Delete your account.
