Yakın Direk hesabınızı ve sunucularımızdaki ilgili verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman, ücretsiz olarak silebilirsiniz. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz.

Uygulama içinden silme

  1. Yakın Direk’i açın ve silmek istediğiniz hesapla giriş yaptığınızdan emin olun.
  2. Skorlar ekranının sağ üstündeki profil simgesine dokunun.
  3. Sayfanın en altına kaydırıp Hesabı sil’e dokunun.
  4. “Hesabınız silinsin mi?” sorusunu Hesabı sil ile onaylayın. Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız güvenlik için Apple kimliğinizi bir kez daha doğrulamanız istenir.

İşlem tamamlandığında oturumunuz kapanır ve uygulama misafir olarak açılır.

Neler silinir?

  • Firebase kimlik kaydınız (e-posta, ad, kullanıcı kimliği, giriş yöntemi);
  • Cihaz kayıtlarınız ve bildirim jetonlarınız, Canlı Etkinlik jetonlarınız;
  • Takip ettiğiniz takımlar, ligler, oyuncular ve maçlar ile bildirim abonelikleriniz;
  • Maç forumlarındaki yorumlarınız ve taraftar oylarınız;
  • Profiliniz (takma ad, avatar).

Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız uygulamanın Apple ile Giriş yetkisi de iptal edilir.

Silinmeyen veya ayrıca silinenler:

  • Sunucu ve CDN kayıtları (IP adresi vb.) en fazla 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
  • Satın alma kayıtları Apple ve RevenueCat tarafından, kendi politikaları ve yasal yükümlülükleri çerçevesinde tutulur.
  • Cihazınızda yerel olarak tutulan veriler (tahmin oyunu, spoiler ayarları, yerel hatırlatmalar) uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinir.
  • Mevzuatın saklamamızı gerektirdiği veriler, yalnızca o süre boyunca saklanır.

Abonelikler

Hesabınızı silmek App Store aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Ücretlendirilmeye devam etmemek için iPhone’da Ayarlar › [adınız] › Abonelikler › Yakın Direk yolundan aboneliği iptal edin. İadeler için reportaproblem.apple.com.

E-postayla silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız (ör. cihazınızı kaybettiyseniz), hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine “Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve giriş yönteminizi (Apple, Google veya e-posta) belirtin. Gerekirse hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteriz. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırır ve size bilgi veririz.

Apple ile Giriş’te “E-postamı Gizle” seçeneğini kullandıysanız, e-postayı bu gizli adrese yönlendirilen gerçek adresinizden gönderebilirsiniz.

You can delete your Yakın Direk account and the related data on our servers at any time, free of charge. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Yakın Direk and make sure you are signed in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap the profile icon at the top right of the Scores screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm “Delete your account?” with Delete account. If you use Sign in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with Apple once more for security.

When it’s done, you are signed out and the app continues as a guest.

What gets deleted?

  • Your Firebase identity record (e-mail, name, user ID, sign-in method);
  • Your device records and push tokens, and your Live Activity tokens;
  • The teams, leagues, players and matches you follow, and your alert subscriptions;
  • Your match forum posts and fan votes;
  • Your profile (nickname, avatar).

If you used Sign in with Apple, the app’s Sign in with Apple authorisation is revoked as well.

What is not deleted, or is deleted separately:

  • Server and CDN logs (IP address, etc.) are deleted automatically within 30 days.
  • Purchase records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies and legal obligations.
  • Data stored locally on your device (prediction game, spoiler settings, local reminders) is removed when you delete the app.
  • Data we are legally required to keep is kept only for that period.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it on your iPhone in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Yakın Direk. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Request by e-mail

If you can’t access the app (for example, you lost your device), send an e-mail with the subject “Account deletion request” from the address registered to your account to [email protected], and tell us how you signed in (Apple, Google or e-mail). We may ask for additional information to confirm that the account is yours. We will complete your request within 30 days and let you know.

If you used “Hide My Email” with Sign in with Apple, send the e-mail from the real address that the private relay forwards to.
