1. Kapsam ve veri sorumlusu

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, iOS için Yakın Direk uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) ve yakindirek.app web sitesini (“Site”) kullanırken kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

2. Kısaca

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız ve kiralamayız.
Skorlara ve maçlara hesap açmadan göz atabilirsiniz; hesap yalnızca bildirimler, takipler, forum ve oylama için gerekir.
Reklam kimliğiniz (IDFA) yalnızca iOS’un izleme izni penceresinde izin verirseniz kullanılır.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz; sunucudaki ilgili verileriniz de silinir.
Bu web sitesi çerez, analitik veya izleme aracı kullanmaz.

Cihazınızda kalan veriler. Tahmin oyunu sonuçlarınız, spoiler koruması ayarları, maçtan 30 dakika önceki hatırlatmalar ve sabah özeti cihazınızda yerel olarak tutulur ve sunucularımıza gönderilmez.

İşlemediğimiz veriler. Konumunuzu, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı veya sağlık verilerinizi toplamayız. Hava durumu, sizin konumunuza göre değil, maçın oynandığı stadyumun konumuna göre gösterilir.

Verilerinizi otomatik karar verme veya profil oluşturma yoluyla sizin hakkınızda hukuki sonuç doğuran kararlar almak için kullanmayız. Forumda kural dışı ifadeleri yakalamak için otomatik filtreler kullanılır; yayınlanmayan yorumlar için bize yazabilirsiniz.

Haber kartlarındaki görseller ilgili yayıncının sunucusundan yüklenebilir; bir haberi açtığınızda yayıncının kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir. Yasal olarak zorunlu olduğunda verileri yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarıyla paylaşabiliriz.

6. Yurt dışına aktarım

Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın sunucuları Türkiye dışında (ör. Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) bulunabilir. Bu nedenle verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılır. Aktarımlar KVKK m.9 kapsamında sağlayıcıların sunduğu uygun güvencelere (standart sözleşmeler) dayanılarak, bunun mümkün olmadığı durumlarda ise m.9/6’daki istisnai hâllere (ör. sözleşmenin ifası için zorunlu olması veya riskler hakkında bilgilendirilmeniz kaydıyla açık rızanız) uygun olarak yapılır. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı’ndaki kullanıcılar bakımından aktarımlar, Avrupa Komisyonu’nun standart sözleşme hükümlerine veya yeterlilik kararlarına (ör. AB-ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi) dayanır.

7. Saklama süreleri

Hesap, profil, tercihler, forum yorumları ve oylar: hesabınızı silene kadar. Hesabı sildiğinizde sunucu cihaz kayıtlarınızı, takip ve bildirim aboneliklerinizi, forum yorumlarınızı ve oylarınızı siler; Firebase kimlik kaydınız da silinir.
Cihaz ve bildirim jetonları: hesabınız ve cihaz kaydınız sürdüğü sürece; Apple bir jetonun geçersiz olduğunu bildirdiğinde veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde silinir.
Canlı Etkinlik jetonları: ilgili Canlı Etkinlik sona erene veya siz onu kapatana kadar.
Sunucu ve CDN kayıtları: en fazla 30 gün.
Satın alma kayıtları: Apple ve RevenueCat tarafından, kendi politikaları ve yasal saklama yükümlülükleri çerçevesinde.

Mevzuatın daha uzun bir saklama süresi öngördüğü hâller ile devam eden bir uyuşmazlıkta delil olarak saklanması gereken veriler saklıdır; bu durumda veriler yalnızca o amaçla ve gereken süre boyunca tutulur.

8. Reklamlar ve izleme izni (ATT)

Ücretsiz sürümde reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından gösterilir. Uygulama ilk açılışlarda, gerektiği bölgelerde Google’ın onay formunu ve iOS’un “Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı” (ATT) penceresini gösterir. İzin vermezseniz reklam kimliğiniz paylaşılmaz ve reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez; uygulamanın tüm özellikleri yine çalışır.

Kararınızı istediğiniz zaman iPhone’da Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik › İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Premium satın alırsanız reklam gösterilmez.

9. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve (uygulanabildiği ölçüde) GDPR kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bunlara erişme ve bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme, taşınabilirlik, işlemeye itiraz etme, verdiğiniz rızayı geri alma ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Hesabınızı silmek için: uygulamada Profil › Hesabı sil (ayrıntılar: Hesap silme).
Diğer talepler için: [email protected] adresine, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden yazın. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırırız.

Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na veya Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı’nda bulunuyorsanız ülkenizdeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

10. Çocuklar ve 18+ içerik

Yakın Direk 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir veri toplandığını fark edersek siliriz; bu konuda bize yazabilirsiniz. Uygulamadaki oranlar bölümü yalnızca bilgi amaçlıdır ve 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir.

11. Bu web sitesi ve çerezler

yakindirek.app çerez kullanmaz; analitik, reklam veya üçüncü taraf izleme aracı içermez. Yazı tipleri dahil tüm dosyalar kendi sunucumuzdan yüklenir. Bu nedenle bir çerez onay penceresi gösterilmez.

Seçtiğiniz dil (Türkçe/İngilizce) yalnızca tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Site, Cloudflare üzerinden sunulur; Cloudflare güvenlik amacıyla (ör. kötü amaçlı trafiği engellemek için) IP adresinizi işleyebilir ve kesinlikle gerekli teknik çerezler kullanabilir. Sunucu kayıtları en fazla 30 gün saklanır.

12. Güvenlik

Veriler aktarım sırasında TLS ile şifrelenir. Sunuculara erişim kısıtlıdır ve yalnızca gerekli kişilerle sınırlıdır; sunucular doğrudan internete açık değildir, şifreli bir tünel üzerinden erişilir. Hiçbir sistem tamamen güvenli değildir; bir veri ihlali olursa mevzuatın gerektirdiği şekilde sizi ve ilgili makamları bilgilendiririz.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfada, sayfanın üstündeki tarihle birlikte yayımlanır. Önemli değişikliklerde sizi uygulama içinden de bilgilendiririz.

1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Yakın Direk app for iOS (the “App”) and the yakindirek.app website (the “Site”).

2. In short

We never sell or rent your personal data.
You can browse scores and matches without an account; an account is only needed for alerts, follows, forums and votes.
Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow it in iOS’s tracking prompt.
You can delete your account in the app at any time; the related data on our servers is deleted too.
This website uses no cookies, analytics or trackers.

3. Data we process

Data that stays on your device. Your prediction-game results, spoiler-protection settings, 30-minute pre-match reminders and the morning digest are kept locally on your device and are not sent to our servers.

Data we don’t process. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or health data. Weather is shown for the stadium where the match is played, not for your location.

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling that produce legal effects concerning you. Automatic filters catch forum posts that break the rules; if a post of yours was not published, you can write to us.

5. Service providers

Your data is shared only with the providers below, only to the extent their role requires, to run the service. We do not sell your data.

Images on news cards may load from the publisher’s server; when you open an article, the publisher’s own privacy policy applies. We may share data with competent public authorities where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Our providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye (for example in the European Union and the United States), so your data is transferred abroad. For users in the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Under KVKK Art. 9, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards offered by the providers (standard contracts) or, where that is not possible, on the exceptions in Art. 9(6) (for example where the transfer is necessary to perform the contract, or your explicit consent after being informed of the risks).

7. Retention

Account, profile, preferences, forum posts and votes: until you delete your account. When you do, the server deletes your devices, follows and alert subscriptions, forum posts and votes, and your Firebase identity record is deleted.
Device and push tokens: for as long as your account and device registration exist; deleted when Apple reports a token as invalid or when you delete your account.
Live Activity tokens: until the Live Activity ends or you turn it off.
Server and CDN logs: 30 days at most.
Purchase records: kept by Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies and legal retention duties.

Where the law requires longer retention, or data is needed as evidence in an ongoing dispute, it is kept only for that purpose and only for as long as necessary.

8. Ads and tracking permission (ATT)

Ads in the free version are served by Google AdMob. On first launch the App shows Google’s consent form where required and iOS’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, your advertising identifier is not shared and ads are not personalised; every feature still works.

You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your iPhone. With Premium, no ads are shown.

9. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to access it and request information, to rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, to object, to withdraw consent, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

To delete your account: in the App, Profile › Delete account (details: Delete your account).
For anything else: write to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered to your account. We respond free of charge within 30 days.

You can also complain to Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Board or, if you are in the European Economic Area, to your local data protection authority.

10. Children and 18+ content

Yakın Direk is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that we have, we delete it; please let us know. The odds section of the App is for information only and is intended for users aged 18 or over.

11. This website and cookies

yakindirek.app sets no cookies and contains no analytics, advertising or third-party trackers. Every file, fonts included, is served from our own server, so no cookie banner is shown.

Your language choice (Turkish/English) is stored only in your browser’s local storage and is never sent anywhere. The Site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process your IP address and use strictly necessary technical cookies for security (for example to block malicious traffic). Server logs are kept for 30 days at most.

12. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to servers is restricted to those who need it; the servers are not directly exposed to the internet and are reached through an encrypted tunnel. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top. We will also tell you in the App about significant changes.
